Faris is a Freshman at McNairy Central High School, where he was elected Class President, voted Class Idol, elected as "James Bond" of the class of 2007, and was voted "Most likely to be a Millionaire/Most likely to succeed" by the Selmer Middle School graduating class of 2007. Faris has an extremely outgoing, charismatic personality and is an award-winning student, actor and musician. On an amusing note, he has already achieved local "teen idol" status(if he discards a broken drumstick or pencil, the girls will comb thru the garbage looking for it!). The band director now auctions off his broken drumsticks to the highest bidder.
