1) Church: 
Official  Counselor for the Billy Graham New York Crusade.  Omar  is presently in New York counseling audience members and working as a street counselor for Billy Graham.  He prepared several months for this position.

2) Theatre: 
Has appeared in musical Footloose as 'Travis', performed at Crossroads Play-house in July 2004.  Directed by Katie Simon. (Photos of character provided) Has appeared in musical Annie as character 'Rooster', performed at McNairy. Central Theatre in June 2005.  Directed by Benjamin Wilkinson(photos provided). Casting pending on West Side Story, to be performed at Crossroads playhouse. Omar made final call-backs for the leads.

3) Band:
Member award-winning drumline and #1 rated percussion ensemble.  Selected to perform in All-West Honor Band( and University of Tennessee Honor Band. Received year-end award as top student in award-winning marching band(Band won regional competition as #1).

4) Choir & Voice: 
Member First Baptist Church Choir, Selmer, TN Selected to All-Northwest Honor Choir To be member of McNairy Central High School Jazzcats for 2005-2006 school year(senior year)

Plays drums in Contemporary Christian rock band(may have to discontinue band due to time-constraints, but is performing now

Omar is an academically gifted student who has received multiple awards, as well as an extremely talented actor, musician, dancer and singer. He is the recipient of the prestigious "Most Outstanding Actor in a Lead Role" at the Corinth Theatre Arts Annual Youth Magnolia Awards for two years in a row. He can memorize lines & blocking quickly, and conduct himself with the highest level of professionalism during the grueling long hours required of a major theatrical production. He is trained in stage combat and has experience "behind the scenes" by working as an Assistant Director. Omar is a very versatile actor who can effectively handle a wide variety of roles, including musical, comedy, drama and improv. He has portrayed everything from a "singing Noah" to a 1950's "punk", He has a gentle friendly personality, and is known for his ability to get along very well with others, follow directions explicitly, cooperate and behave with dignity, good manners and always in respect of others.
