Biography
SHARON A. MAUSER,
BA CJSW CSA, aka SAM/MAGDALINA
She is currently residing
in Newark, Delaware. SAM is married, with 4 grown
children, as well as managing her business with
aplomb. During the course of her career in the legal
arena, specifically that of a “juvenile probation/aftercare
officer,” for the state and working for various
attorneys in family law and real estate law. Not
to mention a background in medical transcription.
In 1985 SAM was accepted
into the Criminal Justice program at Salem County
Community College, New Jersey, and thereafter, in
1988, moved to Delaware where she enrolled in a
CJ program at Delaware Technical and Community College.
Not long after, in 1991 she transferred to Wilmington
College and acquired her Bachelors of Arts degree
in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Social Work.
In 1989 SAM was hired
as a state employee for the Department of Services
For Children, Youth, And Their Families, and subsequently
became a Family Service Specialist (Juvenile Probation/Aftercare
Officer), working in that capacity for 10 years,
with a high priority caseload of 100-1000 adjudicated
youth per annum. Most of her duties included; community
supervision, along with recommendations for disposition
orders to Family court judicial officers as well
as drug/alcohol treatment, out-of-home placement,
inter state compact for juveniles, group counseling,
and collaborating with DAG’s (district attorney
general), Public defender as well as Child Mental
Health, Foster Care Review Board, and other inter
agency involvement.
Presently SAM is owner/president
of TJC MANAGEMENT SOLU TIONS1999, LLC which launched
February 16, 199. To this day, SAM has continued
her legal education at University of Maryland, Collins
Park for “paralegal studies,” VIA the
internet. Throughout the educational and work integration
process, she became intrigued with writing course
material for home study programs, drafting courses
to include: paralegal training, both legal and medical
transcription. The training programs continue to
be on the cutting edge, are all net-based and are
almost all online for telecommunicated distance
learning, which are distributed worldwide. URL:
