I was born in Chicago,
Illinois on September 23. I have two siblings, a
younger brother, and sister. I grew up on the South
Side of Chicago
attending Bulls and White Sox games on a regular basis.

I attended Homewood-Flossmoor High School, Where I
competed all-state in
football and track. We won our first Class 6A State
Championship in 1994.
After graduating in 1995, I attended College at the
University of Kentucky
where I studied Kinesiology and Business. I tend to
keep myself very busy as
a personal trainer, night club DJ, European Import
scene, and now recently
modeling. Competing in fitness has opened many doors
for me. It has possibly
helped me launch an acting career, enabled me to become
an entrepreneur, but
most importantly has helped me to inspire others to
achieve their personal
fitness goals. I hope I can be part of a career that
can bring me many
adventuresome and exciting times. I have been blessed
with good friends, the
will to work hard to attain my goals, and especially
a loving family. I
wouldn't trade any of them for the world!
How I Stay
In Shape
Abdominal work 6 days, Sprinting, Football off season
conditioning,
Bodybuilding Power lifting and shaping program 5
days per week with 2 off. I
also add training such as Aquatic resistance, plyometrics,
and
rollerblading.

10 years training as a bodybuilder, as well as training
personal clients for
football conditioning and fitness.

technology
